Who Called Me From 800-438-7514?

Scam alert. I got a call from a spoof number with my same area code, but where I do not live anymore. Message said it was "Carl Phillips" a debt collector from National Credit Systems. I am a student with no credit and no debt (literally I only have a debit card and my school is paid through scholarships and my parent's personal funds, no loan.)

Clarification: the voicemail said to call this number, but the call was not from this number, it was from the spoofed one (Lee County, FL)
