I had ordered a marriage certificate which was very hard to get from them, they kept on asking for more and more documents the last one had to be notorized so I finally went to the local county office got my certificate the same day,, Vitalcheck refunded my money but kept $9.00 a service fee.

It is a company called VitalCheck, which finds legal records, mostly for government agencies and corporations. This number was on my credit card charges, and it was for a replacement of my daughter's lost driver's license.
