This is getting ridiculous. They call saying that this is an important call. Will you accept the call?. Your first thought is that a loved one is in trouble and in need of help. I have an Uncle that is on his death bed and I accepted the call based on the assumption that he had passed on and this was a call from a relative to let me know.
I am so sick of this kind of misrepresentation to peddle their junk. It is just another way to get around the "national no call list". You accept the call so you can't go back on them and sue them for calling. What a bunch of con artists.
If they are willing to stoop to these levels to peddle there junk, how can anyone trust them to follow through on any promises or statements they make!. Totally reprehensible on Humana's part to stoop to these tactics to peddle their insurance plans. By the way...we have Humana Plus and are dumping that junk in December!!! Going back to regular Medicare. Can see who we want, when we want without a 2 month wait to see a "nurse practitioner". Forget actually seeing a doctor under Humana...they only have NP and PA's in their offices now and they can't even renew prescriptions!!!
