Supposedly Mark Quinlan (from Caller ID) called me on behalf of United Healthcare to help me today which is a
Sunday for starters get a "better plan" to "save me money," etc. Had script and just repeated over and over the same things and asked questions. Used my formal first name, not phone book name (nickname which has a different initial). Did not know which of my plans was with United Healthcare. Got irritated and no where else. He began "fishing" around...I got and took another call, so I guess I hung up on him. He did know my legal first name and that I had a United Healthcare policy. And he learned nothing further.
