Got a call from "Ben" at this number. I had to ask his name three times, because he was talking in kind of a whisper. He asked to speak to "Mr. ___," whose name is nearly as simple as Smith, but "Ben" could barely pronounce it. I asked what the call was about, and -- again because of the whisper, but also because he had a very pronounced accent -- I had to ask him to repeat it twice. I think he wanted to talk about website design, but I'm still not sure who he is or what the call was about. Companies that are trying to pull off scams with American companies should at least try to do it with people who can actually speak English.
