I first received a call from "Helen" saying I have a claim against me and I must call back immediately before a decision is made on my behalf. After speaking with the Canadian Antifraud Center my complaint was logged and I was instructed to phone back and offer no information to them, just try to find out what they're after and tell them they must send me this information in writing. Helen's number was 1-866-393-9105 ext. 2202. I called her back and left a message. When she called back I was on the line with Transunion and then Equifax (my credit reports checked out clean), so she left me a message. I tried again and left a very blunt message, this time no response. Until this morning when 905-305-5801 called and the display came up as CTL Corp. They left no message. I will call them back and let them know their call is being recorded and that I have done my due diligence. It will be interesting to see what comes of this. Clearly I have made Helen nervous and she's getting assistance from her "higher ups." This is a scam… no doubt about it.
