This moron called, he could barely speak English with his heavy middle eastern accent. He was trying to slowly pronounce each word, I could tell he was on a cell phone. He said he was from Publishers Clearing house and that I had won one million dollars to be delivered today. He asked me to get a pen and paper. I explained this sounded like a scam, he said it was no scam, I asked for a number I could call him back at and he gave a partial 877 number, not even complete. Then he went off started screaming and cussing. I hung up on him.
